The main floor was demolished and new 9' walls rebuilt atop existing basement. Second story was added as well as dining room in back. We installed two hot water solar panels on the south sloping roof also.

New additions for the garage, dining and entry made this house more usable. Two hot water solar panels added on the roof help heat the exsiting basement with a radiant floor system. A product called Warmboard was used over the existing slab. Warmboard has channels in it for the hot water tubing to fit into.
